This was utterly terrifying to make because talking in front of a camera is not my strong suit, but I really, REALLY wanted to branch out and participate in a contest, so, here it is! For my contest entry, I used Lesson 20, Overview of the Pentatonic Scale. I've been having so much fun playing around with it in my practices! :)
Okay, that's enough outta me. Good luck, everybody!!!
Been having a pretty stressful last few days, but I'm hoping to remedy that and come up with a little something to submit for the contest before the time is up. It won't be much, but I just want to participate and feel like I did something! All the entries so far are so great.
I wasn't gonna post this because it felt like bragging, but I've also been saving for months and (like a lot of others) I've wanted a Syn Gates Custom since I was a teenager and finally got my hands on the one I've been eyeing since it came out.
Am I in over my head with the Floyd Rose? Yeah, a little bit. Am I gonna let that stop me? Fuck no, I'll figure it out.
Late night thoughts as I finish up Lesson 16 and practice a little before bed: I've learned more here in like a month than I have in the handful of years I tried to teach myself. We're so lucky to have this site, y'all. @Syn Gates@Brian Haner Sr. , and everyone else who makes it possible... thank you. Seriously.
