Flashy Sweep That’s Easier Than It Sounds

A fast and flashy lick that sounds a lot harder than it really is. It’s just a simple arpeggio but (See more) I added a second note on the top and the bottom. This makes it a lot easier for my picking hand and it sounds a lot harder haha.

The main arpeggio is F#7 played on: 16 on the D, 15 on the G, 14 and 17 on the G. In the video, I just move that exact shape around the fretboard.

These "lessons" are easy and fun for me to make so I will definitely be making more of them!

Tim Hutchins That's really cool. I'm totally going to utilize that for my own stuff. Thanks for sharing and breaking it down slowly as well.
